William Clark Hockett, 88, of Sweet Home passed away Thursday, March 27, 2025. He was born September 5, 1936, to Mayme J. (Olson) and Verden E. Hockett in Portland, Oregon.

He served in the Navy as a Radarman on aircraft carrier USS Wasp during Peacetime. He attended John Hopkins and UNLV Washington. Bill worked on the Cougar Dam and Foster Dam. He worked 27 years at Foster Plywood. Bill enjoyed doing missionary work preaching the Kingdom.

He was preceded in death by his wife Billie Lou (2013).

Memorial service will be 3 pm Saturday May 24th at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, 4714 Main Street, Sweet Home.
