Vivian Diermier, age 65, of Scio, died on Saturday. She was born in Crawford, Oklahoma to Clarence M. and Mary O. (Jackson) Hall.

They came to Sweet Home in 1965, and she was always very involved with church activities. She had membership in the Church of the Nazarene and the Free Methodist Church in Lebanon. She loved to sew and was very good at quilting. She had fun working on puzzles. Vivian enjoyed raising livestock.

Vivian is survived by a son, Ronald J. Diermier of Scio; daughters, Sheila R. Hobb of Albany and Kimberly Stodola of Mill City; grandchildren, David Justin Hobbs, Stephen Edgar Hobbs, and Angel Diane Hobbs, all of Albany, Jason Daily Slover and Kaylee Rose Stodola, both of Mill City, and Justin Cole Diermier and Emily Dee Diermier of Scio.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald E. Diermier, who passed away July 4, 2001.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Friday, October 19, at Lebanon’s Church of the Nazarene. Sweet Home Funeral Chapel will be handling the arrangements.
