Violet June Alberts
August 2, 1930 – April 24, 2023

Violet June Alberts, 92, of Sweet Home, passed away Monday. Violet was born in Missoula, Montana to Carl Edwin and Gladys Lucille (Wadsworth) Hanson.
In her 92 yrs of life, she lived in Montana, Washington, Arizona and Oregon. She loved to travel (especially if it was on a motorcycle). Violet loved the Lord. Everyone that met her felt this love. She was always able to find the positive and bring joy to others. 
Violet is survived by her three children Sheila Goodman, Sharron Sayre, and Carl Hontz; three siblings, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and a large loving extended family. She was preceded in death by her first husband of 50 years, Leroy Hontz and her second husband of 18 years, Everett Alberts.

Violet’s service will be held 11am Sunday May 7th at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Sweet Home with a memorial luncheon following the service at the Elks Lodge. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Wounded Warrior Project   https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org/  or Mt.
