Vincia “Norene” Dennis, 63, of Sweet Home, passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2025. She was born September 30, 1961 to Marybelle (Hale) and James Paul Tullai in Covina, California.

She grew up in California, met and married Bobby Dennis in 1987, when she lived in Sacramento. They then moved to Falls City in 1988 where she cared for her mom and grandma in Dallas.

They moved to Sweet Home in 2003. Norene volunteered for Meals on Wheels and then became manager in 2006 and has worked there ever since.

Norene had a big heart and helpful spirit. She enjoyed camping, rock hounding, beading crafts, woodcrafts and coloring. She loved coast trips and walks on the beach with her dogs. She adored all her animals. Her favorite hobby was tie-dyeing clothes.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby Dennis of Sweet Home; son Robert Daniels of California; brother Jimmy Clark of McMinnville. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Jack Tullai.
