Richard Glen Spangler, 79, formerly of Seattle, passed away Monday, November 11, in McMinnville, Oregon. He was born in Nampa, Idaho.

After high school, Rick attended chef school and worked in several restaurants in California.

He enjoyed photography, fishing, and making and designing jewelry.

Rick lived in Seattle until he needed more health care. His sister and brother-in-law helped him move to Oregon in 2014.

Rick is survived by his sister, Kae Watts, brother-in-law, Ron Watts, and two nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Dick Little, mother, Alberta Payne Little Spangler, and step-father, Glen Spangler.

He will be buried at sea as he wished.
