Raymond Paul Kelly, 61, of Sweet Home passed away Saturday. He was born in Calgary, Alberta. At six weeks old he was adopted by Claudia and Paul Broduer and moved to San Jose, California. Claudia remarried Floyd T. Kelly and raised Raymond in Hope, Idaho until the 8th grade. He then continued Junior High and High School in Clark Fork, Idaho at Clark Fork High School.

Ray played football, basketball, track and other sports. He graduated in 1979 and continued his education at North Idaho Community College. He graduated with an AA in automotive mechanics. He and his dad opened and automotive shop in Trestle Creek called Kelly and Sons automotive.

He met his first wife and mother of this first two children. They married and had a son and daughter, Anthony Raymond Kelly and Erica May Robertson. Ray then moved to Electric City. He went on to live inSpokane, Washington where he met the mother of his third child Rachelle Sierra Kelly. He loved his children more than anything.

Ray played the guitar, piano and the drums. He loved to work on cars, play sports and go outdoors. He always had a motorcycle and lived a pretty simple life. He eventually moved down to Sweet Home where he lived until his final days.

Ray is survived by his three children: Anthony Raymond Kelly of Spokane, Washington, Erica May Robertson of Wilbur, Washington, Rachelle Sierra Kelly of Post Falls, Idaho; four grandchildren; and his mother Claudia Kelly.
