Phillip Alvin Rose, 79, of Lebanon passed away February 14, 2024. He was born on December 5,1944 to Delorse May (Caines) and Alvin Clarence Rose.

After graduating from Thurston High school in Springfield he joined the Marines. He moved to Berlin Road in 2004. Phillip was a truck driver for over 35 years. He had his pilot’s license and liked to fly, loved to ride motorcycles and his family said he was a lucky gambler. His family was musical and he enjoyed playing guitar and keyboard. He loved animals, the outdoors and fishing.

Phillip is survived by his life partner: Alice Brunson; children: Debra Babcock, Paula Johnston; step-children: Dan Brunson and Sherry Vandeven; siblings: Sharon, Collene and Loren. Preceded in death by his parents; siblings: Darlene, Tana, and Connie.
