Melody Ann Ferdani, 72, of Sweet Home passed away Thursday. She was born in Sweet Home to Donald D. and Betty Iona (Amundson) Hugley.

She has lived in Sweet Home all her life. She was very musically talented. She sung, played drums and bass guitar. She played in her family’s band, in both “The Redheads” and most recently “Surefire Country”. They played locally and even Nashville.

Melody is survived by her partner James Thompson; daughter Amie Ferdani; grandsons: Jaden and Braiden.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Ronald Hugley; and sister Nancy Berggren.
