Mary “Alice” Gilman, 88, of Sweet Home, passed away Friday, February 28, 2025. She was born on November 22, 1936, to Mary A. (Cox) and Ruby Sanders in Peoria, Arizona.

She has lived in Sweet Home since 2001. Alice was a CNA for over 31 years and a care taker until 2006. She enjoyed embroidery, liked watching birds, feeding hummingbirds and loved to read.

Alice is survived by her sons: Phillip Rivas and Ruben Rivas both of Sweet Home, 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward (1969), her parents, four sisters, three children and two grandchildren.
