Lorna Ann Ellefson, 94, of Brownsville passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025. She was born September 22, 1931 to Mary F. (Fairman) and Herman Clyde Strong in Eugene, Oregon.

She moved to Brownsville in 1935 as a child and lived there her entire life. Lorna married Clifford Ellefson in 1949. She worked in the telephone communication industry and retired from Quest in 1993. She attended the Brownsville Christian Church.

Lorna enjoyed gardening, loved spending time with her grandchildren and like to go square dancing.

She is survived by her children: Michael L. (Amber) Ellefson, Steven R. (Irene) Ellefson, Carolyn S. (Mike) McCord; nine grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford S. Ellefson (2014) sister Doris Voight, and her parents.
