Lori Lee Palmer, 61, went to Heaven on Sunday, May 17, 2020. She was born November 18, 1958 in Santa Paula, CA and spent the first half of her life. She moved to Sweet Home, OR where she lived for over 33 years. Lori was a beautiful and strong woman, always thought of others before herself, loved all animals, and she believed in Jesus. She enjoyed spending time with Bella, her fur baby, and her friends. She liked arts/crafts, rock hunting, going with her daughter to the river and the beach.

She was true “Pain Warrior.” After many years of chronic pain, when diagnosed with cancer, she said, “I will not go down without a fight!”

She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Palmer, of Salem OR; father and WWII veteran, Keith James, of Sweet Home OR; nieces and nephew, Oma Williams, Sherry Thein, and Jody Williams of Sweet Home OR; best friend, Joann Lovato, of Sweet Home; granddaughters, Destiny and Autumn Wassel; great-grandchildren, Chance and Harlow; many loving cousins and friends; most of all, her beloved fur baby, Bella Donna Palmer. She preceded in passing by her mother, Helen Deckard, of Sweet Home, OR; sister, Sharon Williams, of ‘Upper’ Ojai, CA; and cousin, Jordan Thein, of Holley, OR.

We were blessed to spend many memorable years with her here on this world, and one day God will reunite us all in our forever home in Heaven. Lori, “We love you and we will see you again!”
