Juanita Sieg, 90, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Saturday, June 11. She was born in Wendling to Francis and Reha (Baker) Kau.

She enjoyed quilting, sewing, traveling, and reading. She and her husband, Bill, loved dancing and rarely missed a Saturday night dance. In the past, she did painting and many other crafts.

Juanita is survived by her husband, Bill; son Donald Andersen and spouse Matt; step-children Carol Barstad and husband Robert, Linda Smith and husband Dale, Chuck Sieg and wife Cindy; grandchildren Peggy Rea Porath and husband Ryan, Brian Barstad and wife Tricia, Larry Barstad, Brandon Smith and wife Krystal, Tony Smith and wife Stacie, Craig Smith and wife Carol Ann, Willy Sieg and wife Erika, and Susie Sieg; sisters Marian Barnts, Janet and husband Henry Biven; brothers John and Rose Kau, Ace and Donna Kau; eleven great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Ray.

Celebration of Life will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 18, at her home; 24960 Crescent Hill Road, Sweet Home. At Juanita’s request, there will be no viewing.
