John R. “Bob” Brady, 75, of Sweet Home, passed away on Wednesday. He was born in Twin Falls, Idaho to Joel and Faye (Sterling) Brady.

Bob served in the U.S. Army. He lived in Twin Falls and Mountain Home, Idaho, and resided in Sweet Home since 1963. He worked at Willamette Industries in the plywood division from 1963 to 1988, when the mill closed.

Bob liked model trains, cows, gardening, and meeting the guys at McDonalds in the mornings for tea and, sometimes, breakfast.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Brady, of Sweet Home; daughter, Teresa Brady of Huntley, Montana; sons, Timothy Brady of Ballantine, Montana and Robby Brady of Joplin, Missouri; stepson, Rob Poland of Fountain, Colorado; stepdaughter, Lynette Monroe of Alabama; sisters, Barbara Brown of Boise, Idaho, Kathy Kellog of Twin Falls, Idaho, and Jean Gahn of Crooked River Ranch, Oregon; brothers, Joel Brady of Twin Falls, Idaho and Richard Brady of Filer, Idaho; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
