Jeffrey Clyde Falconer, 51, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Saturday, October 7. He was born in Carmichael, California to Michael Duane and Frances Fay (Williams) Jackson.

He grew up in Virginia, Wyoming, and California. He moved to Springfield in 1983 where he met his wife. They came to Sweet Home in 1990 and lived there until his death.

Jeffrey worked as a deisel mechanic. He was an ASC certified mechanic and was a shop supervisor at an auto repair shop. He was also a tax preparer.

He had a great talent for playing the guitar since he was very young. He enjoyed collecting NASCAR memorabilia and building model cars. He could fix almost anything and loved repairing little things that most people would throw away.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Christine M. Falconer; son Jeffrey Michael Falconer of Sweet Home; daughter-in-law Samantha Falconer of Sweet Home; siblings: Rita McDevitt of Live Oak, California, Carolyn Toon of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Penny Sparks of Springville, Alabama, Michelle Butterfield of Turner, Oregon, and Miles Falconer of Oroville, California; one granddaughter; step-mother Winona Jackson of Sweet Home; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends.

There will be a private family celebration.

Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements.
