Jack D. Tungett, 73, of Sweet Home passed away Wednesday at home surrounded by family and friends.

He is survived by: his wife of 52 years, Pat; daughters, Sherry (and her husband, James) Kudna of Salem, Jennifer Hendricks of Lebanon; grandchildren, Katie, Cory, and Nick; two great-grandchildren; and brothers, Leroy of Chatham, Illinois and Jim of Brighton, Illinois.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.

Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 3, 2011 at Gilliland Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to Evergreen Hospice or the Emenheiser Center at Lebanon Community Hospital.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
