Freddie Earl Milligan, 64, a long-time resident of Sweet Home, passed away in Albany Monday. He was born in Golden, Oklahoma, the son of Fred and Georgia (Rainey) Milligan.

His family moved to Sweet Home in 1950. Fred went to school in Portland to become a diesel mechanic. In 1966, he married Jessie Stover. They had three children before divorcing in in 1981. Fred met Tina Rogers in 1994, and they married in 2009.

Fred worked hard all his life to provide for his family. He loved to fish and take drives with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by: his wife, Tina Milligan; sons, Anthony Milligan of Sweet Home and Michael Milligan of Lebanon; daughters, Deborah Rhyno of Sweet Home, (stepdaughter) Nikki Rogers of Albany; brothers, Bud and Jerry Milligan of Sweet Home, Roger Milligan of Albany, and Larry Milligan of Lebanon; sisters, Edna Ferebee and Barbara Anderson of Albany; ten grandchildren and one great grandson.
