Frank L. Finnell, 70, passed away Sunday. He was born in Toledo, Washington to Alfred and Floretta (Mundale) Finnell.

Frank was in the United States Army from 1958 to 1964, and then he served in the United States Navy from 1967 to 1968. He served in Vietnam and received the Good Conduct Medal. He was a rifle marksman and was an expert sharpshooter with the carbine pistol 45.

He lived in the Lebanon/Sweet Home area since the mid 1940s. He was involved in First Baptist Church, Feed the Children, and Water for Life. He enjoyed volunteering for his church.
He loved movies, shooting, and collecting guns. He also enjoyed Bible studies. He was a very caring and giving husband and father, as well as grandfather.

Frank is survived by: his wife, JoAnne Finnell of Sweet Home; father, Alfred Finnell; children, Teresa Lucas, Frank Finnell, LeAnn Fields, and Debbie Keeney; stepchildren, Gidget Edwards and Frank Edwards; grandchildren, Charity Deffenbaugh, Charles Deffenbaugh, Christopher Deffenbaugh, Franky Finnell, Lenny Finnell, Daja Doll, Terry Fields, Danielle Fields, Christian Keeney, Jazmine Morris, and Jordan Edwards; and great grandchildren, William and Rebecca.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Floretta M. Finnell, and brother, John Finnell.
