Frances Wodtli- Stockdale, 72, of Veneta passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 13, 2022. She was born June 10, 1949 in Sweet Home to Howard and Nellie (Humphries) Wodtli and raised in Sweet Home.

Frances was passionate about spending time with her children and family. She enjoyed camping and the great outdoors. Fran was an adamant animal lover. She was very social with many friends throughout her life. She enjoyed new adventures and traveling. She was a member of the Ladies Red Hat Society and the Community of Christ Church in Bend.

She is survived by her husband, married in 1995, Wayne Stockdale of Veneta; son Roy Israel of Eugene; daughter Donna (Israel) Hodges of Noti; step-son Walt Stockdale of Vancouver, Washington; sister Bonnie Thayer of Sweet Home; brothers: Ronald Wodtli of Mossyrock, Washington, Richard Wodtli of Eugene; grandchildren: Justin Hodges of Nashville, Tennessee, Reece Hodges of Waynesboro, Georgia, Trystan Fisher of Alvadore, Kaleb Israel of Medford; nephews: Larry and his wife Monique Coonrod Jr., Rick and his wife Teresa Coonrod all of Sweet Home; nieces: Jill Harding of Tacoma, Washington, Beth Wodtli of Mossyrock, Washington.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents: Howard and Nellie Wodtli; brother Michael Wodtli; and niece Tracy Coonrod all of Sweet Home.

Memorial service will be 1:00 pm Saturday April 30th at Gilliland Cemetery.
