Edna Cowan, 74, of Sweet Home, Oregon (formerly of Caldwell, Idaho and Ketchikan, Alaska) passed away Sunday, February 15.
She is survived by Carla and Randy Claasen.
A memorial service is planned for 3:00 p.m., Saturday, March 21, at the Sweet Home Elks Lodge. A second memorial service is scheduled for May 9, 2015 in Ketchikan. Her family is taking her cermains to Alaska.
