Carolyn Lee Shoemaker, 75, of Lebanon passed away Wednesday April 4, 2012.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 14, 2012 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Lebanon.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
