Betty Lou White, 62, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Sunday. She was born in Sweet Home to Leslie Teele and Mary Lucille (Toliver) Grabeel.

She graduated from Sweet Home High School in 1971. Betty married Jerry White April 9, 1986 in Sweet Home.

Betty worked at Circle K for many years and was a department manager at Walmart for 18 years.

She enjoyed canning, gardening, and puzzle books. In later years, she liked working with her flower pots. She loved being with her family.

Betty is survived by: her husband, Jerry White; daughters Diana Lee and her husband, Jason Graham, of Sweet Home, Melissa (Missy) and her husband, David Haney, of Corvallis; son Joseph H. Milburn of Kentucky; brothers Roy Grabeel of Sweet Home, Charles Grabeel of Tennessee, and Mike Grabeel of Tennessee; sister Patty Chastain of St. Helens; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Glenda Richards.

Funeral service 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel. Comital will follow at Gilliland Cemetery.
