Barbara “Lynne Lee” Sherrill, 66, of Sweet Home passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012. She was born in Elyria, Ohio to Charles Richard and Betty Jane (Orvis) Sherrill.

She lived in Fort Knox, Kentucky and Sylmar, California before coming to Sweet Home in 1991.

Lynne was a hydraulic systems tech inspector and was a former business and property owner in Foster.

She enjoyed riding her Harley Davidsons and loved spending time on the river with her grandchildren.

Lynne is survived by: her sons, Joseph (and his wife Judith) Gamache of Sierra Vista, Arizona, Christopher (and his wife Jamie Lynn) Rooney of Sweet Home; brother, John (and his wife Pam) Sherrill of Borrego Springs, California; eight grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Patrick Sherrill, and her parents.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
