Friends of Adam can come by all day Sunday, November 2, at the home of his parents, Jerold and Karen Kolka, 1857 Ulex Street, Sweet Home, Oregon. The family asks that donations be made to Sweet Home Funeral Chapel to help with the cost of cremation.

Adam John Kolka, 35, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Monday, October 27. He was born in Lebanon to Jerald and Karen (Stalford) Kolka.
Adam lived in Sweet Home all his life. He worked as a handyman doing landscaping and construction projects.
Adam enjoyed all types of fishing, camping, and being outdoors. He collected coins and enjoyed hanging out with his friends.
Adam is survived by: his parents, Jerald and Karen Kolka of Sweet Home; brother, Joe Kolka of Sweet Home; sisters, Katrina Morehead and husband Kevin of Lebanon, and Lisa Kolka and husband James Massey of Sweet Home; many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews in the local area.
