William “Bill” Patrick Harris, 60, of Sweet Home was born August 18, 1962 – in San Luis Obispo, California to William Kenneth Harris and Patricia Lee (Johnson/Harris) Willis. However in 2010 Bill, also nicknamed Cobra, settled in Oregon.

On Friday, February 10, 2023, Bill passed away due to complications from Guillain Barre` Syndrome (GBS), his Mom was at his side. 

Bill lived his life as he wanted, he had a good heart, was loyal, a protector of those in need, and helped others insofar as he was able. 
As well Bill serve in the United States Marine Corp, took interest in computer repairs, and was employed as home maintenance and grounds keeper. 
His hobbies included collecting lighters, knives and skeletons. And he loved art and was very good with his free hand drawing skills.

Bill is survived by his son Nathan Allen Harris of Columbus, Ohio; daughter Emilee Irene Harris of Findley, Ohio; mother Patricia Willis; sister Theresa Irene Harris Rapley both of Lebanon; brothers: Steven Wayne Harris of Ludowici, Georgia, Gary James Willis, Patrick Garrett Wood both of Albany, Kristopher Samuel Wood of Sweet Home; 5 grandchildren; fourteen nieces and nephews; eleven great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father William Kenneth Harris.
