Virginia Lee Waters, 79, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Wednesday. She was born in Mesa, Arizona to Dewitt Talmage and Ruby Lucille (Campbell) Gifford.

Virginia is survived by children: David Waters of Sweet Home, Rose Jones of Sweet Home, Glenda Lutz of Lebanon, and Linda Armstrong of Sweet Home; siblings: David Gifford of Scottsdale, Arizona and Lois White of Mesa, Arizona, and many other siblings; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren plus two on the way.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Glen Waters, Jr.; sons: Ralph Waters and Gilbert Lee Waters; brothers: Willie Gifford and Johnny Mitchell; and grandson Randell Waters-Newton.

Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 10, at Jefferson City Cemetery.
