Vickie Jean Laney, 75, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2019. She was born in Bell, California to Robert Eugene and Barbara Mae (Jones) Quinn.

She moved to Oregon from California in the 90s.

Vickie worked for the City of Huntington Beach for 18 years. While in Oregon, she worked for the State of Oregon in social services.

She was a member of Sweet Home Community Chapel. She was also a life time member of T.O.P.S. She loved calligraphy and Goodwill shopping.

Vickie is survived by her daughter, Debbie Laney, of Sweet Home; sister Sherrell Bennett of Sweet Home; brother Ken Quinn of Beaumont, California; three grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Laney.
