In lieu of flowers, donations or contributions can be made to either Hospice Care of the Northwest, 2290 Commercial Street SE Suite 108 , Salem, Oregon 97302 or Alzheimer’s Foundation in care of Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.

Viewing will be 11:30 to noon Monday, April 6, at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel. Funeral will follow at 12:30 p.m. Final burial will be at Gilliland Cemetery.
