Thomas “Tommy” Charles Mann, 36, of Albany passed away January 7, 2024. He was born on January 25, 1987 to Thomas and Debra (Harty) Mann in Corvallis.

He grew up in Lebanon. Tommy loved the outdoors. He enjoyed camping, repelling, hiking, fishing, water sports and the beach.

Tommy is survived by his children: Rhiannon Swensen, Logan Mann and Landon Mann, mother Debra Gross and husband Kent, father Thomas Mann, sisters: Timberlee Leslie and husband Lance, Tamara Pool and husband James, numerous nieces, nephews, friends and his first grandchild on the way.
