Sue Ann Chenoweth-Haley, 75, of Lebanon, Oregon passed away Thursday, February 4, 2016. She was born in Centralia, Washington to James Floyd and Maxine (Miller) Cox.

She was raised in Sweet Home, went to college in Portland, then returned to Sweet Home.

Sue was a teacher and taught at Hawthorne Elementary. She also ran the “TAG” program for many years, until she retired.

Researching genealogy and playing pinochle at the senior center were two of her past-time enjoyments.

Sue is survived by her husband, Darrell Haley, of Lebanon; stepchildren Larry Lee Haley of Colorado, Rodney Dean Haley of LaPine, and Darrel Nelson Haley of Maine; and sister Marjorie Warner of Bend.

Sue was preceeded in death by her first husband, Leston Chenoweth.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 11, at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
