Rody Leroy Kelly, 71, of Sweet Home passed away Tuesday. He was born in Lebanon to Lee Roy and Lois Emma (McKinnon) Kelly.

He served in the United States Navy from 1965 -1969 and was stationed in Adak, Alaska aboard the USS Ranger Carrier in the Aleutian Islands during the Pueblo incident.

Rody is survived by his wife Roberta Kelly of Sweet Home; sons: Richard Kelly, Stan and his wife Anglena Kelly all of Sweet Home, Travis Kelly of Helena. Montana; sisters: Shirley and her husband Niels Hanson, Melody and her husband John Wiles both of Sweet Home; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; friends Helen and her sons Wayne, Billy and Keith.

Rody was preceded in death by his parents, former wife Juanita Henthorne Kelly and three nieces.

Memorial service will be 2:30 pm Friday November 25th at Sweet Home VFW.
