Richard Marroquin, 68, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Thursday, December 10. He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas to Ruben S. and Lily (Rodriquez) Marroquin. He was the oldest of six children.

He served in the Navy in Vietnam from 1966 to 1970.

Richard loved fishing and watching Sci-Fi movies.

He is survived by: his son, Richard Marroquin, Jr., of California; and by his siblings, Annette of Sweet Home, Alicia of North Bend, Becky of Phoenix, Arizona, Roger of Sacramento, California, and his half-sister, Connie of Texas.

Richard was preceded in death by parents Ruben and Lily Marroquin and by his brother, Ruben Marroquin, Jr.
