Rex John Ross, 64, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019. He was born in Eureka, California to Harold Leonard and Dorothy Eleen (Curtis) Ross.

Rex served in the United States Navy from 1972 to 1975. He served in Vietnam. He was active for three years and received an Honorable Discharge. He was a logger and construction laborer for 15 to 20 years.

Rex is survived by his son, Lance Ross, and his wife, Andrea; brothers, Dan Ross, Roy Ross, and Steve Ross; sisters, Eunice Hustead and Pat Frick; four grandchildren; and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his sister, Theresa Lopez; mom, Dorothy Ross; and dad, Harold Ross.

Viewing will be at 12:00 noon on Thursday, December 5, at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 6, at Roseberg National Cemetery in Roseberg.
