Patsy Jean Murrhee, 81, of Lebanon, Oregon passed away at home surrounded by family in Evergreen Hospice care. She was born in El Centro, California, the first child of Parris and Nelda (Bem) Winkler.

She was loved dearly and a loving, devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Pat met Bill Murrhee in March 1954, and they were married on November 19, 1954 in Yuma, Arizona. They have three children: Billie, Gary (Tammy), and Melissa (John).

Pat was a very devoted homemaker and very involved in her children’s and grandchildren’s school and sports activities.

Pat is survived by her husband of 62 years, Bill; children Billie, Gary (Tammy), and Melissa (John); grandchildren Amber Perkins, Taylor Alexy, William Murrhee, and Alyssa Murrhee; and great-granddaughter Ryleigh Perkins. Pat will be missed and loved forever by all.

Pat was preceded in death by her father, Parris Winkler, in 2003; mother Nelda Winkler in 1996; only sibling, sister Roxi Sue Conley in 2015; and a dear childhood friend Norma Jackola in 1996.

The family wishes to express thanks to the nurses and staff at Evergreen Hospice.

Graveside urn placement will be at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, June 17, at Gilliland Cemetery. A celebration of Pat’s life will follow at 5:00 p.m., at Skyline Inn in Sweet Home. Please park on the east side.

Memorial contributions can be made in Pat’s name to Safe Haven Animal Shelter or the Lebanon Soup Kitchen.
