Norma Jane Findley, 78, of Sweet Home, long time resident of Myrtle Point passed away Wednesday. She was born in Red Oak, Iowa to Ira L. and Virginia J. (Orr) Findley.

She lived in Myrtle Point for thirty years before moving to Sweet Home for the last year.

Norma was a member of Christian Assemblies in Myrtle Point.

She enjoyed quilting, needlepoint, painting, playing the flute and singing.

Norma is survived by children: Loy and her husband Ted Thommen, Justin and his wife Denise Boruff, Martin and his wife Mitzi Toulou, Joy and her husband Eric Turner; brother Bud and his wife Bonnie Findley; twin sister Jean Barklow; 12 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father Ira L. and Virginia J. Findley.
