Nancy Sue Johnson, 63, of Sweet Home passed away Sunday, June 22, 2014. She was born in Fairbanks, Alaska to Floyd and Charleen (Rush) Crane.

Nancy’s father was an Air Force soldier, so she and her family moved around a great deal. She finished school at Santa Rosa High School in California.

Nancy married Johnney Johnson in 1972. They had one son together and raised Johnney’s three other children.

Nancy loved crossword puzzles, reading the Bible, watching the Golden Girls, and her puppy, “Baby.”

Nancy is survived by: her husband, Johnney Johnson; son, Jared “Travis” Johnson of Sweet Home; step-son, Johnney Johnson Jr. (“Little Johnney”) of Sacramento, California; step-daughters, Cricket Sanders of Vancouver, Washington and Cindy and her husband Frank Crocker of Sacramento, California; siblings, Floyd, Gary, Dean, Dell, and Bobby Crane of Santa Rosa, California, Bev Nilson and Debbiee Gram of Hibbing, Minnesota; and numerous grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter and her parents.
