Mark Andrew Phoenix, 44, of Sweet Home passed away Wednesday at his home. He was born on December 28, 1976 in Torrance, CA, the son of David M. and Retha F. (Arnold) Phoenix. He lived most of his life in Los Angeles. He moved to Sweet Home in 2008.

Mark enjoyed his video games and hiking. Loved roller coasters, thrill rides, and theme parks.

He is survived by his father, David Phoenix of Sweet Home; brother, Kevin Phoenix of Thousand Oaks, CA; sister, Michelle Brantchev-Phoenix of Apex, NC; and three nieces and four cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Retha Phoenix in 2018

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 9th, at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
