Lorraine Marie Baarson, 99, of Sweet Home passed away Friday. She was born in Great Falls, Montana to Frank and Myrtle (Skeie) Stocker June 16, 1923.

Lorraine married Raymond Erickson Baarson on January 19, 1943. They moved to Sweet Home in 1993 where they made their permanent home.

She was devoted to St. Helen Catholic Church and lead the Prayer Chain for fifteen years. She loved to visit with her dear friends and family. and thoroughly enjoyed family gatherings. Lorraine loved to grow crops of vegetables in her garden, and canning fruits and vegetables from her orchard and garden. She loved working outside and taking care of their beautiful property. She always put her friends and family ahead of herself. She was dearly loved by all her family and friends and will be truly missed by all. She will continue to live in our Hearts forever.

Lorraine is survived by her three children: Gary Baarson, Shirley and her husband Ron Zook, Jerry and his wife Cindy Baarson; eleven grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren;

She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond; and sister Doris.

A Celebration of Mass will be held at St. Helen Catholic Church Saturday July 23, 2022. Rosary will be 10:30 am followed by Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. A reception will follow. Internment will be in Great Falls, Montana at a later date.
