Leone May Brown, 74, of Sweet Home, Oregon peacefully passed away in her sleep and went to be with the LORD on September 5, 2020. She was born in Salem to Leonard Earl and Lilly Trieste (Nelson) Gainer.

From a young age, Leone harbored a love for God’s creation and horses. After graduating from Sweet Home High School and attending OSU, she acquired her first job at White’s Electronics and moved out into the country. She soon purchased her own horse and went on to break horses. She also pursued photography in her spare time. After raising a family of her own, she came to know Jesus and actively served in her church, at the God Mobile, and as a member of CMA.

We thank God for the gift of her life and the blessing of the time we spent with her.

Leone is survived by her son, Larkin Brown of Lebanon; daughter, Colene Bradley of Great Falls, Montana; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Lauralee Reinhart, and parents.

A funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m., Monday, September 14, at Crowfoot Baptist Church in Lebanon. Final burial will be at Maplewood Pioneer Cemetery in Scotts Mills, Oregon.
