She made her choice to serve the Lord and continued faithfully to the end. She was a stay-at-home mother when their children were young. Some of the activities she enjoyed were sewing, crocheting, traveling, and ceramics. Leola had several jobs over the years. They included the Sears Catalog Store, Sweet Home School District, Embossing Arts, and selling Tiara Glassware.
As an adult she connected with her biological father, which was a missing piece of the puzzle of her life. Leola and her immediate family appreciated their connection with them. Leola and Arnold enjoyed traveling to Mexico, Canada, England, France, Italy, Switzerland, Panama, and spending winters in Arizona. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
