Kristine Lynn Hisey, 70, of Sweet Home passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2024. She was born August 17, 1954, to Richard L. and Alice Y. (Weddle) Miller in Cottage Grove, Oregon.

She lived in Creswell until 2020 when she moved to Sweet Home. She graduated from the University of Oregon, she was on the Creswell City Council.
Kristine was a member of the Creswell Church of the Nazarene and later the Sweet Home Church of the Nazarene.

She loved to sing, liked doing crafts and enjoyed kids.

Kristine is survived by her children: Rick Parente of Pleasanton, California; Adam Parente of Powell Ohio; Giniece Parente of Sweet Home; siblings: Kelly Lehto of Sweet Home; Tatiana Miller of Eugene; four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother Alice Miller (2021).

A memorial service will be 1 pm, Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Sweet Home Church of the Nazarene. Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements. www.sweethomefuneral.com.
