Kelly Lee Evans, 48, of Corvallis, Oregon passed away Tuesday, June 21. He was born in Everett, Washington to George Cecil and Betty Lou (Dumont) Evans.

Kelly will be loved and missed by everyone who was lucky enough to have met him.

He was preceded in death by his parents and older brother, George.
