Kay L. Galinis, 72, of Albany, Oregon passed away Thursday, December 18. She was born in Albany to Howard and Lois (Rice) Adams.

She lived in Castle Rock, Washington as a child. She also lived in Newport, Seattle, and Eugene before finally settling back in Albany.

Kay was a military wife and a dispatcher for a call center.

She enjoyed movies, shopping and spoiling her animals. She loved spending time with her husband and animals.

Kay is survived by daughters: Balinda Johnson of Corvallis, Cheryl Pittman of Sweet Home; brother Bill and his wife Dorothy Adams of Coos Bay; granddaughters: Elizabeth and Candice Revlett, Suzan Sexton; 9 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Galinis; father Howard Adams and mother Lois Rice.
