Judy Rae Owen, 61 of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2013. She was born in Roswell, New Mexico to Lloyd and Ura Lee (Figueira) Soleman.

Judy is survived by: son, James Davis of San Antonio, Texas; daughters, Cindy Reaves of Denton, Texas and Tina Moore of Gillette, Wyoming; brothers, Gary Soleman of Casper, Wyoming, Pat Soleman (and wife, Debbie) of Artesia, New Mexico, and Glen Webb of Douglas, Wyoming; sister, Mary Spence (and husband, Bruce) of Roswell, New Mexico; father, Lloyd Soleman of Roswell, New Mexico; stepfather, Charles Webb of Douglas Wyoming; grandchildren, Aaron Owen, Heather Reaves, Ashley Reaves, Rose Perales, and Audra Nabers; great grandson, Aiden Perales; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Owen, in 2005 and her mother, Ura “Jerri” Webb, in 1987.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
