Jim Leroy Casey, 63, of Sweet Home passed away Wednesday. He was born in Salem to Joseph Denver and Laura (Terrault) Casey.

He served in the United States Marines for two years after high school. He lived many years on the coast, and then came to the valley about 20 years ago to be near family.

Jim loved farming and animals. He enjoyed his toddies.

He is survived by: sisters, Rita Follett of Sweet Home and Peggy Robinson of Lebanon; brothers, Larry Casey and Ron Casey of Salem; one niece; and four nephews.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
