Jessie Marie Van Epps, 88, of Lebanon, Oregon passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2016. She was born in Jacksonville, Missouri to Arthur and Moullie (McDonald) Blackwell.
She moved to Monroe in 1943. Jessie married Albert Van Epps on August 15, 1947 in Monroe. In 1947, she moved to Sweet Home and lived in the Sweet Home and Lebanon areas since then.

Jessie was a lifetime member of Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary.
She was owner and operator for Linn Cut-Stock.
Jessie is survived by children Roy Van Epps of Lebanon, June Dickson of Belfountain and Doris Dillon of Sweet Home; sisters Rozena Nixon of Monroe and Frances Davis of Veneta; seven grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Van Epps; siblings Opal Perrigo, James Blackwell, Orie Blackwell, Calvin Blackwell, and Alice Keenan.
