Jessie Marilyn “Lyn” Carr, 77, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Saturday, October 31. She was born in Houston, Texas to Jesse Manuel “Jack” Trevathan and Elva Etta Ince. She was the oldest of seven children.

Lyn married William Morgan Hetrick on March 23, 1957 in San Antonio, Texas. They later divorced. She married Sidney John Carr on June 28, 1974 in Sparks, Nevada.

She is survived by: her husband, Sidney John Carr, of Sweet Home; sons William Morgan “Buzz” Hetrick and his wife, Debbie, of San Antonio, Texas, Tyee Joshua Carr and his wife, Caroline, of Portland; David Ryan Carr and his wife, Cathleen, of Barbados; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Lyn was preceded in death by her sons, Harry “Jinx” Hetrick III and Danny Hetrick.

Viewing will be at 9:00 a.m., Friday, November 6, 2015 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Sweet Home. Funeral Service will follow at 10:00 a.m.
