Hunter Sky Banta, 21, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Friday, December 8. He was born in Lebanon to Jared and Betty Joline (Fields) Banta.

Hunter enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family and friends. His musical talent was admired and enjoyed by all. He loved to sing and play guitar. He entertained around the camp fires with his brother, Kaleb, and father, Jared. We will all miss those good times.

He is survived by his mother, Joline Banta; father Jared Banta and Trista; brother Kaleb Banta; sisters Cassandra Banta and Tawni Banta; grandparents Marv and Sandy Austin, Kim and Debby Banta, and Lee and Karen Fields; great-grandfather Harry Brown; niece Kimberly; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Rest in peace, our Hunter.

A memorial service will be held for Hunter at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 30, at River of Life Church in Sweet Home.
