Gregory Alan Duke, 70, of Sweet Home passed away peacefully Monday at his home surrounded by his loved ones. Greg was born in Harlan, Iowa to Edwin and Freda M. (Rumelhart) Duke.

He moved to Oregon in 1977. The bulk of his life was in steel metal fabrication and installation. He moved to Sweet Home in 2002 after purchasing the Holley Market.

Gregory is survived by his wife, Gwen, of Sweet Home; mother Freda Thompson of DesMoines, Iowa; children Gail Duke-Ivey of Portland and Troy Duke of Sweet Home; six grandchildren; and a multitude of extended family.

The family will have a private Celebration of Life remembering all he has meant to us.
