George Earl Braatz, age 86, of Sweet Home passed away at his home Saturday evening. He was born in Oacoma, South Dakota to Isaac and Mina Braatz.

He is survived by his children, Ron Jantzen, Dennis Braatz, Richard Braatz, and David Kubesh; sister, Louis Smith; six grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. He was prededed in death by his wife, Agnes, and his mother and father.

Memorial service will be at 4:00 p.m., on Saturday, December 19, at the Sweet Home Seventh Day Adventist Church.
