Frank Morreale, 86, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Sunday, October 5. He was born in Amsterdam, New York to Antonio and Concetta (Morreale) Morreale.

Frank served in the Navy for 21 years, from 1948 to 1969, and served in Vietnam.

He grew up in New York and retired in California. He moved to Sweet Home in 1972.

Frank loved to hunt, fish, and camp. His other hobbies were gardening, woodworking, and lathe carpentry.

He is survived by: his step-daughters, Margaret Turner of Santa Paula, California and Wanda “Sue” Felkins and Sharon Fanning of Sweet Home; sisters, Leana and Nancy; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Frank was preceded in death by: his wife, Mary; sister, Jennie; and brothers, Albert, James, and Joe.

Graveside service with military honors will take place at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 13, at Gilliland Cemetery.
